7-Day Return Policy
Eligible products can be requested for return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return requests raised after the return window may not be accepted except where required under applicable law.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product should be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn except for normal fitting
- Unaltered
- Free from stains, odours or damage
- Returned with original tags
- Returned in original condition and packaging
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We may request photographs or videos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.

Where available, reverse pickup may be arranged through Shipway or an associated courier partner.
Refund Process
Once the returned product reaches us and successfully passes inspection, the eligible refund will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
For prepaid orders, refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer after the required details are provided.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund after it has been processed by us.
Non-Returnable Products
Products clearly marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, customised or personalised may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
However, this does not affect applicable customer rights where a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
Exchange
Where exchange services are available, replacement products are subject to stock availability.
If the requested product or size is unavailable, an eligible refund or alternative resolution may be provided.
