Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful confirmation.

During sales, festivals, holidays or high-order-volume periods, processing may require additional time.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Remote or non-metro locations may require additional delivery time.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on eligible prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery or any other applicable shipping charges, the amount will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Shipping Through Shipway

Raghusiya Clothing may use Shipway for shipment processing, courier allocation, tracking updates, NDR management and RTO management.

Your parcel may be physically delivered through one of our available courier partners depending on your PIN code and serviceability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email or the applicable shipment tracking platform.

Tracking details may take some time to update after dispatch.

Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code and contact number are entered correctly.

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable or the address is incorrect, the courier may attempt delivery again.

Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being marked RTO – Return to Origin.
